About Us
Oyuki’s kitchen is the fusion of Peruvian flavors with the art and techniques of traditional Japanese sushi. Whether you are used to Japanese food or not, you will be surprised. Their dishes mix the softness of raw fish, the acidity of citrus fruits, the spiciness of spices and the intensity of meat, different but not mixed together.
